The Dedman College of Hospitality Emerging Professional Award honors the outstanding accomplishments of recent graduates. This award recognizes alumni who have graduated within the past ten years, and who have shown outstanding professional growth and commitment to the hospitality industry.
The award will be presented at the annual Honors & Awards Dinner that will take this October.
The criteria for selection:
- Graduation from the Dedman College of Hospitality within the past ten years
- Outstanding professional accomplishments
- Exceptional promise for future success
- Community involvement and recognition
- Support of the Dedman College of Hospitality and Florida State University

Jason Bradley (2014)
Director of Beverage, Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Resort
Marriott International
Jason is a 2014 graduate with a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management. He began his career in the hotel industry as an Assistant Restaurant Operations Manager at the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Resort. Over the course of seven years, he has held six Restaurant Management positions at the resort. He started his journey at the poolside F&B restaurant and eventually became the General Manager of Todd English's Bluezoo, an upscale seafood restaurant known for its craft cocktail program. In the spring of 2021, Jason was promoted to the role of Director of Beverage at the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Resort. In this position, he is responsible for the growth and maintenance of beverage operations across 23 unique hotel F&B concepts, 10 bars, and 4 Wine Spectator award-winning wine lists. This impressive resort encompasses over 2,200 rooms and operates under three Marriott brands.

Daniel Haimovich is an experienced Brand Sponsorship Manager at Seminole Hard Rock Support Services in Hollywood, Florida. With expertise in beverage supplier relationships, celebrity activations, and brand partnerships, he drives successful marketing initiatives. Daniel's background includes overseeing food and beverage purchasing for multiple casino properties, generating savings through negotiation and innovative product selection. He began his career as an Assistant General Manager at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, contributing to the $1.8 billion Guitar Hotel renovation. Daniel holds bachelor's degrees in Hospitality Administration/Management and Marketing from Florida State University.
